I feel like I got scammed on this phone. it's super slow and takes forever to load a page. the screen also keeps blacking out and forcing me to restart the phone over and over. the camera is terrible they said it was going to be great and that's why I actually bought the phone so I was very let down on the purchase. don't waste your money on this. it's a trick it looks amazing online but it's actually junk.

This beautiful I still don't use it anymore then I will tell you how it works is a gift for my Father's Day spouse I know I use the phone is not an armor pro the phone is very deficient you have 3gb RAM memory and 32 gb rom that is to say that I do not recommend it at all if you could refund my money I would appreciate it was not what I asked for apart the battery did not give it
hard nothing is a fraud the phone with the illusion that I gave that gift to my spouse and everything went wrong the phone is useless

I don't think this company (Hetai Electronic) is very reliable with their products. False advertising their phones that are supposed to be new items, and unopened products that should've been delivered to the customer. Who has purchased the item that gets so excited about their products that they have ordered, to discover that their products were delivered to them opened and not in the original box. Supposedly to be the correct phone & box packaging, that should come from the manufacturer warehouse. But everything that I got twice was both fraudulent phones. I will be contacting temu about this issue in the morning, about this horrible company that has failed to send me (new) phone products to their customers, but instead to send out fraudulent phones to temu customers and make them look bad. I wouldn't want to order anything else from (Hetai Electronic) company ever again. Because they like to sell fraudulent phones that are fake n' break. The 1st set of pictures shows that the product isn't in the original box of the manufacturer warehouse along with the 2nd set of pictures that is the replacement phone that I ordered from the first return phone that I had ordered from Temu.com/app. I'm not very nor really happy about receiving the Replacement product of the same phone that has box damage to ittai after I have received it from the United States postal service company that delivers it to my mailbox today. I'm thinking ???? that this company and USPS delivery service is a joke about the care of their customers and products. The Hetai Electronic company is not worth a five star rating from me. But instead a Zero Stars rating from me Because they took advantage of someone on low income who had trusted them with confidence and would have received a good, reliable product from them. But clearly not ????. I hope this company gets banned from the Temu company & App department.
