I live in Ireland. The watch doesn't connect to the phone neither through Mi Fitness app or Zepp Life app.
I searched on internet, it said to choose China or Singapore region. I did and it worked.
However, it stopped syncing every 8-15 hours.
To reconnect the watch and the phone together was a nightmare. I had to reset the watch, sign in and sign out, turn on and off Bluetooth again and again. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't work, so I had to wait for hours.
When I reset my watch, I lost all of my workout data.
I searched on internet, some people said the watch could be malfunction.
