Hello, I got this Item 2 months ago, how to say, in USA it was little bit difficult to connect it wit tmobile network, but called Tmobile and asked them to unlock sim, after it you need to install all updates systematically, it restart for no reason, and getting hot, so I put cooler on it, still under review, not sure if everyone can use and unlock network possibilities, other than that if it works it is cool, Netflix, Amazon prime, you tube, Google everything works, be sure that LTE signal is good, if pure will not work and will restart simultaneously
