The app (Star Eye) that this camera uses is a nightmare! Although we've managed to complete the set up, an inexperienced buyer would never be able to complete the process. The provided "user manual" is useless. Our firm markets WIFI cameras in the USA and know that given the technical ability of our customers, we would never offer these cameras.

I was happy with the delivery, it came earlier. The camera works, the instructions are a bit universal. The only thing that doesn't work is that if you forget your password, you are not able to generate another code to log in to the same email. The solution is to use a different address.

Works fine, but app for iOS have to be installed from iOS app center, not by qr code in manual

The camera is fine but someone will explain to me how to make it record video. Also comment that every 24 hours I have to restart the phone because the star eye app hangs and also because it only takes photos during the day and not at night. night I don't understand this app it's not very good

Good quality! Only thing is I couldn't find the memory card which I paid for. It could have been amongst the packaging which I threw out since it's so tiny so be careful to check the packaging for the memory card. The seller was amazing and sent me a replacement memory card. Highly recommended.
