Sent without a vital part for the controllers to work. Denied a refund by Ali as you need to keep the Shipping packaging. Be ware of buying on here as you won't get support. Whilst seller is friendly and responsive they should assist when Ali doesn't. How hard is it to send a tiny missing dongle piece

Unfortunately the games will stick and then I have to reinsert the stick. I have returned this and I will order a new one. It's a really nice thing.
