This was my first purchase on Aliexpress and from this seller. The only good thing was fast shipping. The package arrived completely mangled, and pieces of the bike are missing and/or damaged as well. The frame is all scratched up and the stickers are ruined. The front brakes are missing pieces, so they can't be assembled. I had to go to Walmart to try to replace the missing pieces, which cost me another $35 to find ones that might fit. Considing the state of the mangled box, plus knowing a replacement wouldn't arrive in time, it's not even worth the hassle of trying to send back. I did contact customer service through the chat system and it was a complete waste. If you have to look for any information, and aren't fast enough, it disconnects you as inactive. Totally worthless system. At this point, first purchase, I'm not impressed with Aliexpress, this seller, or the product. >:(
